FAA ADS-B Milestone
The FAA has reached an important milestone, on schedule and within
budget. The ADS-B system is now fully operational at air traffic control
facilities across the country, including 155 airports. All are now using
ADS-B as the preferred source of surveillance, which provides improved
situation awareness to both pilots and controllers.
